This game is suitable for most young children. (We say most, as there will always be children who cry on hearing a balloon pop). What's needed is a large number of big balloons, which you'll need to blow up. Before tying them, place a small piece of paper inside each balloon with the name of a prize written on them. (This could be, for example, "Box of Smarties", "Visit to the Zoo" or "Sleepover with your Best Friend". Spread the balloons around the floor. Each child must choose one (or two balloons) and sit on them. Once they're popped, they can unravel the piece of paper to see their prize. (The prizes can be as big or as small as you want)
